European experts have recognized the fresh fish more useful than dietary supplements with fish oil.

Omega-3 fatty acids are important for the health of the cardiovascular system, brain and immune system. The greatest amount of fish oil contained in a marine fish, like mackerel, salmon, tuna and sardines.
