Children who have a habit of getting up at night and climb into bed with their parents, have a good health and normal weight, writes The Telegraph. Moreover, the factors did not influence this relationship.

Study of 497 children 2-6 years showed that children, per night and never left his bed, three times more likely to have overweight compared with children who slept with their parents. Probably, going with their parents, children feel more secure that a positive effect on their condition. These findings were presented at the European Congress on Obesity in Lyon.
